About Us

We are Chartered Building Surveyors based in London. We use aerial drone technology for facade condition reports and in particular for roof inspections.

We are professional-grade members of DRONE SAFE The national register of qualified UAV Remote Pilots, member #1865. We are insured by COVERDRONE for third party claims up to £1M.

THERMAL-IMAGING: We also use thermal-imaging technology for detecting significant heat-loss from buildings.

We were established in 1994 by Martin Quirke FRICS MCIAT, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT).

Maintenance

Preventative maintenance relies upon up-to-date, detailed information about the condition of roofs, windows and walls, preferably without spending a fortune on scaffolding. An aerial drone survey is the answer.

Energy surveys can also be included by using infra-red thermal-imaging.

We have Fluke equipment with 320x240 resolution for walls and pitched roofs. NB. Flat roofs would require a special drone fitted with a thermal-imager.

Repairs

With our drones we can inspect every square metre of your roof to look for significant defects and safety issues.

We highlight potential leaks, failing equipment, impending major repairs, safety issues, etc.

There is no need to send operatives onto the roof or to erect expensive scaffolding at the inspection stage.

Property portfolios can be monitored annually and preventative maintenance can be based upon our data.

Condition Reports

We provide, simple, easy to use facade condition reports without techno-jargon. We highlight visible defects for you to act upon and we grade the defects in a "traffic-light" system.
